2. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit fugosupplements.com, create an account, place an order or otherwise use our services.

By using this website or submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge our Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy, and Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

If you do not accept these terms, please do not place an order.

3. Delivery area

Delivery is available within Jordan and to the supported GCC countries offered during checkout.

The supported destinations and available delivery methods may change. An order can be accepted only when the customer’s destination is available during checkout.

4. Account and order information

You must provide complete and accurate information when registering or placing an order, including your name, email address, telephone number and delivery address.

Customer registration or checkout information may be verified by email.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for notifying us if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

We may contact you to verify an order, confirm delivery information or request information reasonably necessary to process a transaction.

5. Products and website information

We try to present product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurately. Packaging, colour and appearance may differ slightly from website images.

Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes. Our products and website content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Before using a dietary supplement, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, have a medical condition or are purchasing for a child.

Always read and follow the product label.

6. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted only when we issue an order confirmation and successfully approve or arrange the applicable payment method.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where:

• A product is unavailable;
• Payment is declined, reversed or cannot be verified;
• Delivery details are incomplete or incorrect;
• We reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized activity or misuse;
• A material pricing or product-information error occurred; or
• We cannot legally or operationally fulfil the order.

If we cancel a prepaid order, we will refund the amount received using the original payment method wherever possible.

7. Prices and payment

The product price, delivery charge and complete checkout total will be displayed before the customer submits payment.

Available payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard, CliQ, cash on delivery or other methods shown during checkout.

Card payments are processed by authorized payment-service providers. FUGO does not intentionally store complete card numbers or card security codes on its own systems.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, customs-clearance fees and similar destination-country charges are not included in the product price, delivery fee or checkout total. These charges are assessed separately by the destination country, customs authority or carrier and are the recipient’s responsibility.

FUGO does not control these charges and cannot guarantee their amount.

8. Delivery

Our Delivery Policy forms part of these terms.

Delivery within Jordan costs 2 JOD and is normally completed on the next business day after order confirmation and any required verification.

Delivery to supported GCC countries is normally completed within two business days. The international delivery fee is calculated and displayed during checkout.

All delivery periods are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by public holidays, customer availability, address verification, customs procedures, carrier disruption or events outside our reasonable control.

9. Customs and international orders

The recipient is responsible for complying with the destination country’s import requirements and for paying customs duties, import taxes, customs-clearance charges or similar charges imposed after checkout.

The customer should check applicable import requirements before placing an international order.

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned or returned because the recipient did not pay customs charges or complete required customs procedures, any refund will be considered after the shipment is returned to us. Where permitted by law, actual outward delivery, return delivery, customs or handling costs incurred may be deducted from the refundable amount.

No deduction will affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Customers may request cancellation at any time before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will be handled under the return conditions where eligible.

Eligible return requests must be made within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Approved refunds will be submitted within 15 calendar days. A bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.

11. Acceptable website use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• Interfere with the website’s operation or security;
• Submit false information;
• Use another person’s payment method without authorization;
• Introduce malicious code;
• Place fraudulent orders;
• Copy or commercially exploit protected website content without permission; or
• Use the website in violation of applicable law.

12. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the FUGO name, branding, website design, text, photographs, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to Healthy Loaf LLC.

The material may not be reproduced or commercially used without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

13. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from product misuse, failure to follow the product label, inaccurate customer information, customs delays or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms affects mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Privacy

We process personal information according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our products, services, delivery arrangements or legal obligations change.

The version displayed when an order is placed will generally apply to that order unless a change is required by law.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Jordan, without limiting any mandatory right to use another legally available complaint or dispute-resolution process.
