Delivery Policy

1. Delivery area

Delivery is available within Jordan and to supported GCC countries offered during checkout.

A destination is supported only when the real checkout accepts an address in that country and calculates its delivery charge. At present, checkout is configured for Jordan only.

2. Jordan delivery

Delivery within Jordan costs 2 JOD.

Orders are normally delivered on the next business day after order confirmation and any required email verification.

3. GCC delivery

When a GCC destination is offered during checkout, delivery is normally completed within two business days after order confirmation and required verification.

The international delivery fee is calculated based on the destination and displayed at checkout before payment.

The two-business-day period is an estimate, not a guarantee. Customs procedures, public holidays, customer availability, address verification and carrier disruption may cause delays.

4. Customs duties and import taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, customs-clearance charges and similar destination-country fees are not included in the product price, delivery fee or checkout total.

These charges are assessed separately by the destination country, customs authority or carrier and must be paid by the recipient.

FUGO does not control these charges and cannot guarantee their amount.

The customer is responsible for checking relevant import requirements before placing an international order.

5. Order verification

Orders may be verified by email before dispatch.

An order may be held until required verification is completed.

6. Delivery information

Customers must provide a complete and accurate:

• Recipient name;
• Email address;
• Telephone number;
• Country;
• City and area;
• Street and building information;
• Postal code where applicable; and
• Any necessary delivery instructions.

FUGO is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

7. Delivery attempts

The courier may contact the recipient to confirm or complete delivery.

If the recipient cannot be reached, provides incorrect information or is unavailable, another attempt may be arranged. Additional delivery or return costs may apply where communicated and permitted by law.

8. Order inspection

Inspect the parcel and product after delivery.

If the order is damaged, leaking, unexpectedly unsealed, defective or incorrect, contact FUGO as soon as reasonably possible and follow the Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

9. Delayed or unavailable orders

If a product becomes unavailable or delivery is materially delayed, we will contact the customer using the information provided with the order.

If we cannot fulfil a prepaid order, we will offer an appropriate replacement where available or issue a refund to the original payment method.
